If the draft you're reviewing is for a new article, consider the following in addition to the above.

How exhaustive is the list of sources? Does it accurately represent all available literature on the subject?

Examples of good feedback
A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.
I think overall, the current version of the article has a great amount of sources. It doesn't seem to have any obvious unsourced claims.
Your biggest job would probably be expanding the existing sections since they're pretty sparse.
You could also look into adding a section on the public's reception to her work. There's some great lists of her exhibitions, but not much info about how it was received by people. That's something that many artists' articles have.
There is a bit of vagueness in the section headings. Why is one section called Art and the next called Artworks? You could provide a lot of clarity by updating, combining, or distinguishing those sections in some way.
